Mr. Rose attended San Diego State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University School of Law. While at law school, Mr. Rose focused on employer and labor related issues and led the school Advocacy program. His commitment to learning Advocacy techniques enabled Mr. Rose to emerge as a top litigator in law school competitions and mock trials.  In addition to his work in labor and employment matters, Mr. Rose has worked with Fortune 500 companies handling numerous transactional matters. Mr. Rose has represented many employers, insurers and third-party administrators before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California, and has been very successful in winning high exposure cases for his clients.  Mr. Rose is a member of the American Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association.
