Ms. Elkhattat is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and also in Criminology. While at UCI, Ms. Elkhattat was a member of the Dean’s Honor List four years in a row. At the University of California, Hastings College of Law, she earned her Juris Doctorate and was a member of the Race & Poverty Law Journal and the Moot Court. Ms. Elkhattat has experience in both Workers Compensation matters and General Liability issues.
