Mr. Nusz graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communications and an Associate of Arts degree in Police Administration. As the student body president, Mr. Nusz also sat on the University Board of Regents as a voting member. Mr. Nusz received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, School of Law and has been practicing employment law and workers’ compensation defense since 1991. He has also been a frequent speaker and teacher in workers compensation and employment law issues for various business and insurance organizations. In addition to his work with employers, Mr. Nusz is a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster kids, a volunteer Chaplain with Orange County Department of Probation and a licensed boxer who competes at the Master Class level.
