Mr. Latasa graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Pacific, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with minors in Civic Leadership, Classical Studies, History and Pre-Law.  Mr. Latasa then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with Honors including a Capital Certificate in Public Law and Policy – Criminal Justice and International Comparative Law and Outstanding Student Service Senior Award.  Mr. Latasa has remained active at the University with his recent position on the Association Board of Directors (2017).  Mr. Latasa is an Eagle Scout and a member of SacLEGAL, an LBGT Lawyers association, serving as Co-Chair from 2015-2016.
