Mr. Black received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, and his undergraduate degree from the University of La Verne. Mr. Black has spent the majority of his practice representing employers, insurers and third party administrators in Workers’ Compensation, fraud, wrongful termination and employment matters. In addition, Mr. Black regularly provides counsel to employers on risk management and general employment issues. Mr. Black has lectured extensively on workers compensation and employment matters to employers, insurance providers and medical experts. Mr. Black has also taught college courses in law and business and has worked as a writer and editor for local and national legal publications. Mr. Black is a certified specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Workers’ Compensation and a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles & Orange County Bar Associations.
